WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RUGS?

  • If sand or dirt attaches to your rug we recommend giving it a good shake.
  • Do not vacuum as this can pull threads and damage your rug
  • We suggest hand washing any smaller marks or stains with cold water.
  • If you need to wash your rug, do so on a delicate cycle and avoid any harsh cleaning products.
  • Air dry only. Do not apply direct heat.

Due to our rugs being woven, you will need to be careful when using them around sharp objects that may catch (pointy jewellery like rings, keys, etc) so you don't pull any threads.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

Your order will be dispatched from NSW within 2-3 business days. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For Australian residents, it will take around 4-6 business days. NZ 12-14 days.
Due to Covid we may experience delays, if this is the case we ask for your patience & understanding.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS FOR CONTACTING YOU?

Monday- Thursday from 9am - 4pm,

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are currently shipping to Australia & New Zealand.

We aim to spread further in the future. If you interested but situated outside of these countries, send us an email and we will see what we can work out. 

WHO DESIGNS YOUR BLANKETS?

We design all The Sunday Coast Rugs in-house, exclusive to our brand only. 

WHERE ARE THE BLANKETS MADE?

They are made in China by a company who has passed their fair work trade audits and has their BSCI certificate.  

WHAT ARE THE RUGS MADE FROM? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO BE MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS? 

Currently our rugs are made with a cotton and polyester blend. We aim to  introduce 100% recycled cotton designs in our upcoming design, and want to continue down this path for all future products. All our rugs are shipped to Australia loosely in cardboard boxes without plastic bag to reduce our environmental impact.

They are then posted to you in 100% biodegradable compostable bags from HEROPACKAGING whom we have teamed up with. They make Earth-saving, compostable, zero-waste packaging that are also cute. Like us they are serious about making a difference.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

As our company starts fulfilling orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders. However, depending on the situation you can send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?

Please email us ASAP with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default. Check out our refund policy for more.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

The standard shipping rate is $9.95 for Australians and $24.95 for New Zealand

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.


WHERES MY PACKAGE?

We provide you with a tracking code so you are able to see where your product is while transiting. If it has been over 15 days contact us and we will help you out.
